1. Information we collect
We collect data you provide when registering or using our services, including name, email address, phone number, account data, and payment data processed by external providers (PayPal, Stripe). We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, operating system, and usage patterns.
When you use the app's contacts feature, we access your device's contact list solely to help you quickly select phone numbers for recharges. We do not store or transmit your contact list to our servers.
2. How we use information
We use your data to create and manage your account, process payments and orders for recharges, SIMs and eSIMs, provide customer support, improve service experience, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process information based on consent, contract performance (when you use our services), legitimate interests (service improvement, fraud prevention), and legal compliance, depending on the specific situation.
4. Data sharing
We may share data with:
- Payment processors (PayPal, Stripe) to complete transactions.
- Telecommunications service providers to process recharges and activations.
- Dent Wireless Limited (Gigastore), our eSIM provider, to activate, manage, and recharge eSIM data plans. We share with Dent the information necessary to fulfill your order (eSIM identifiers, selected plan).
- Technology providers that help us operate the platform.
- Authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.
5. Data retention
We keep information as long as needed to operate your account, comply with legal and tax requirements (up to 7 years for financial records), and resolve disputes. If you delete your account, we anonymize your personal data but retain transaction records in anonymized form as required by law.
6. Security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure credential storage, and authentication tokens. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
Our services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If minors' data is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to remove it.
8. Your privacy rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate data from your profile.
- Delete your account and personal data using the "Delete my account" option in Profile > Legal (mobile app) or by contacting us.
- Manage marketing communications.
- Contact support for any privacy question.

9. eSIM services and external providers
We offer eSIM data plans for Cuba through our provider Dent Wireless Limited (Gigastore). When you purchase or manage an eSIM:
- We share with Dent the data necessary to activate and manage your plan (ICCID identifier, plan type).
- Dent may collect technical information related to eSIM data plan usage.
- Activation QR codes and ICCID data are stored on our servers so you can access them from the app.

10. Policy changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The current version will be the one published through official SuenaCuba channels and within the mobile application. We will notify you of significant changes.
